Tsakane Safari Camp

Tsakane Safari Co have been providing classic and private safari packages for discerning Guests for some twenty-eight years. Our Tsakane Safari Camp is situated in Northern Balule Game Reserve. Four accommodation units are individually set in the bush to fan the perimeter of the camp while a cosy bar, conversation boma, splash pool and deck, dining lapa, reading lounge and open-air traditional dinner boma are centrally set in a beautiful indigenous garden.
A walking safari is a holistic nature experience and perhaps, for some a spiritual one, aimed at exploring how individual species and contributing factors integrate to form a thriving and diverse ecology.
The expectation of encountering big game on foot, the thrill of interpreting tracks and signs of the wild, the personal reflection while perched on a rock watching the sun melting into a crimson horizon, the entertaining folklore around the camp fire and the vulnerability of sleeping surrounded by the night sounds, all contribute to a unique real life experience.
