Positive Reviews

Right in the middle of Glasgow

This hotel has a prime location. It's easy to walk to numerous pubs, restaurants, and clubs. Noted attractions and landmarks surround the hotel and public transportation is easy to get to.

Get a lot for the money spent

For the rate charged, you'll get a comfortable bed in a quiet area. Housekeeping keeps up with their tasks and the rooms are clean. The daily breakfast is tasty with lots of choices.

Friendly and helpful staff

The staff here is quite friendly and very professional. Checking in and out is done quickly and any issues are handled in a friendly manner.

Negative Reviews

Small size of rooms

The size of the rooms are rather small and there aren't other choices, like suites. Booking here gives few options. The family rooms have beds that are against one another with barely room for walking between.

A bit expensive

The rates to stay are a bit more expensive than others in the area. In addition, you'll have to pay for parking, for extended Wi-Fi, and for breakfast.

Limit on amenities

The rooms lack some features that you might have come to expect. If you want a hair dryer or iron, you'll have to ring reception for that service each day. Parking isn't onsite, which can be inconvenient and there are no other amenities, like a pool or fitness room.
