Negative Reviews

Dated interiors.

Guests were disappointed to find that the decor of their rooms was rather tired and in need of modernisation. Quite a few guests reported marks on the walls, peeling wall papers and also objected to the rather dated furniture and tatty-looking upholstery.

Plumbing issues.

Several plumbing issues were brought up by the guests including very weak pressure which made showering cumbersome as water was coming out in a trickle. Some also mentioned that they had difficulties in adjusting the water temperature.

Poor housekeeping.

Guests mentioned that their rooms were not entirely clean as they noticed dust on the surfaces and cobwebs on the walls. Some also objected to the fact that toiletries were not replenished in due time.
