The Hoyt House Inn is an upscale B&B housed in a century old mansion on the beautiful seaside village of Fernandina Beach, Florida. Guests are enthralled by the ornate décor and first-class service. Short or extended stays are possible at this stand apart full-service B&B.

Each exquisitely decorated room includes a TV, Wi-Fi, and private bathroom. Some rooms include a whirlpool and/or fireplace. Pampered guests receive complimentary toiletries including robes and wraps. Fresh baked cookies and a bottle of sparkling water are also provided.

The Location Is Ideal

The location is great with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. There's a state park close by if you like cycling and there are great biking trails too. The beach is also close by. It's simply a super area that has easy access to lot of activity.

The Amenities Are Nice

There are a number of amenities to help make your stay more convenient. For example, they have electric hook-ups for vehicles, an ADA compliant swimming pool, a huge outdoor chess game, a gazebo, and a nice wrap around porch for chilling out during the summer evenings. You are also supplied with towels, umbrellas, chairs, and sun screen for you visit to the beach.

The Interior and Exterior Are Well Maintained

The B&B is well maintained. The exterior landscape is lovely with beautiful shrubbery, blooms, and various other greenery. The rooms have the original 1905 charm, which is impressive and kept in good condition. The overall setting is private and welcoming. There's even a hammock for complete outdoor relaxation.

Negative Reviews

The Trucks Are a Nuisance

Plenty of logging trucks pass by the B&B, and they are loud. They travel at all hours through the day and night. If possible, request a room away from the road. You might want to bring earplugs as well.
