The standard of the hotel’s rooms was typically highly rated by past guests, with the cleanliness and maintenance admired in general. Furthermore, the rooms were thought of as well-appointed with really comfortable beds.

When it came to customer service, nearly all former visitors were thrilled with this aspect of the accommodation. Along with a professional and cooperative attitude, the staff members were also described as exceptionally welcoming and friendly.

Thanks to being centrally situated, the location of the hotel was popular with many previous guests. Various restaurants, stores and attractions such as San Clemente Pier are all within walking distance of the accommodation.

Various past visitors were critical about the soundproofing of the accommodation’s rooms. Along with apparently being able to hear neighboring guests, the noise from the adjacent freeway was particularly an issue at times – especially for rooms directly facing the road.

For those that used the facility, the fitness room was often seen as a disappointment about staying at the hotel. It was stated that the fitness center was cramped in terms of size, and this helped result in a noticeable lack of exercise equipment available.

With a supposed lack of quality and variety, the breakfast served by the accommodation was seen in a negative light by numerous former visitors. In addition, it has been said that breakfast is not inclusive with the standard price of staying.
