positive:

Rooms are comfy, clean, and charming. The convenient onsite amenities add to the appeal, giving you the benefit of indulging and relaxing at your pace, before or after exploring the local neighborhood.
positive:
Great harbor location next to a lot of attractions

Negative Reviews
negative:
Parking and breakfast costs are unappreciated
Many guests begrudge adding a parking cost to the hotel expenses. Unless you stay in one of the suites or top floor rooms, the breakfast is another fee. Guests who pay for it are not impressed and don't find much to make the meal that filling or worthy.
negative:
Upgraded amenities are not worth the price
Not everyone is happy with upgraded amenities. They find the perks not particularly noteworthy or warranting the extra costs. If you're considering a higher grade room, you may want to reconsider how much of a difference you think the additional stuff will make.
negative:
Thin walls and guest events disrupt relaxation
Noise easily comes through the walls, so neighboring guests and people in the hallway may affect your peace and quiet. Management doesn't always do a great job about monitoring noise or disruption that occurs from events or large parties, so have ear plugs and patience.
