Most guests of this property have loved its location. The hotel is located right in the middle of downtown Toronto and is within walking distance of many of the city's main attractions. Guests loved being able to walk out the front doors of the hotel and right into the heart of the city.
Many guests have commented on how immaculately clean the rooms are kept. These guests found no problems with their rooms upon arrival and were thoroughly impressed by the job that is done by the housekeeping staff each and every day.
Multiple guests have found the reception staff to be very friendly and always willing to go out of their way to help you out. This helped ensure that guests had a memorable stay at this unique property.
The rooms are this hotel are extremely small and this has made it difficult for those sharing a room with someone else. Guests have said that there is barely enough space for two people to stand inside of the rooms, as they are some of the smallest in the city.
Guests have complained about the elevator access at this property. The elevator is located inside of the hotel's restaurant and when the restaurant is closed, no one can use the elevator. This caused numerous guests to have to use the stairs.
There have been complaints about the bathroom situation at this hotel, as the door is completely clear. This didn't leave much privacy when sharing the room with someone else.
