Guests also rave about the location, as the connecting walkways to the large, well maintained water park, as well as Casino Niagara, are indoors. Clifton Hill is just outside, and a WEGO bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

Many guests give the reception team high marks for their friendly, helpful service, and note that the housekeeping staff also do a great job. Guests who spring for valet parking note that the valets are generally very prompt and courteous.

Several guests who had pre-booked through third parties were dismayed to discover the additional nightly "resort fee" upon checking in. The fee covers items such as Wi-Fi, coffee, and newspapers.

Guests who opted out of the pricier valet service found self parking to be a bit of a hassle, particularly for guests with heavy luggage, as the lot is a bit far from the hotel. Several found the charge for self parking to be unreasonable.
