Enjoy a unique experience in this boutique hotel.
You’ll enjoy a wholly different experience while staying here when compared to a bland corporate hotel. This place is elegantly styled and provides a distinctly charming atmosphere that you’re sure to love.
The friendly staff here provide top notch service.
Everyone working at this place is polite and well trained, always ready to offer you a helping hand if you need it. If you have any requests during your stay, no matter how big or small, they will be dealt with professionally.
Furnishings could be much more comfortable.
The owners of this hotel could have made more of an effort to create truly comfortable spaces within the rooms, but scrimping on things such as pillows, bedding, and furniture has left some rooms in a rather bad way.
Avoid the small rooms in the annex building.
This hotel has expanded by building an annex detached from the main property, and if you stay in the annex you’ll be disappointed. Some of the rooms are very pokey indeed and don't have the same charm as rooms in the main building.
You don't get great value for money at this place.
The accommodation provided here is far from cheap, but the standard of the rooms and facilities don't live up to the high price tag. Shop around in Niagara-on-the-Lake and you could find a better deal for your money.
