Resort Jungle Aqua Park (Hurghada, Egypt)

Many seasoned travellers were wary of the phrase "all-inclusive" before staying at this resort. Jungle Aqua Park convinced them that all-inclusive food and drink does not have to be sub-par or limited selection. They were thrilled with the cocktails, leg of lamb, crab cakes, quail, and more that they enjoyed during their stay, and even more impressed with the section of food available at the resort's six different restaurants.

It seems almost redundant to point it out, but this resort features a sprawling water park. Guests couldn't get enough of the many water slides and pools. Smaller guests enjoyed the children's water playground, and older guests were able to unwind by the pool in the comfortable lounge chairs situated in the adults only section of the park.

Guests generally reported that all of their interactions with the employees at Jungle Aqua Park were pleasant ones. They also appreciated that the staffing was adequate for the size the resort. Many noted that there were no shortage of attentive lifeguards watching over the slides and pools, particularly in the children's section.

A few guests complained that the staff "harassed" them constantly for tips. It should be noted that the resort's all-inclusive prices do not include gratuity, and while tipping is optional it is considered to be the socially acceptable thing to do.

Depending on the time the guest in question stayed, some people were quite disappointed with the level of overcrowding. They reported long wait times for the restaurants and water slides, and difficulty securing a sun bed for themselves.

The rooms at this resort are only serviced once a week, unless something is specifically wrong with them. Some guests found this to be unacceptable, and did not feel they had been told of this policy before booking.
