Most guests have been impressed with the evening entertainment schedule at this hotel. A variety of acts perform each evenings, from singers to cabaret. Following this, guests can head to the casino or the disco to dance the night away.

It's worth noting that those expecting golden sand on the beach will be disappointed. This hotel is set in a volcanic area making for black sand with some pebbles. Most guests however were pleasantly surprised with the clarity of the ocean.

Several guests have commented that the excursions that can be booked via the hotel are expensive. These guests have remarked that it's better value to book online before your vacation, to save a considerable amount.

A handful of guests feel that the variety of food in the main buffet restaurant and 24/7 lounge bar could be improved, with them finding that the menu is slightly repetitive for guests staying more than a few days. That said, the quality of food is said to be fantastic.
