Guests were greatly impressed with all the nearby amenities. Some did not have to board a train or bus as boutiques, restaurants and financial institutions are all within walking distance. You will enjoy Chinatown, which is basically on the Hotel's doorstep, for an evening snack.

From the rooms, to the hotel's services, to the surroundings, Hotel ZERO1 stands for convenience. Guests loved being able to step out the entrance into a rich location that offers a range of activities, important events and corporate advantages. Within the hotel, guests were pleased with rooms that offer an array of benefits. The hotel offers a good balance of leisure and business. There is even an attached convenience store.
Sleek room but smelly.
Many guests reported the deceiving nature of the room. Although well-furnished and trendy, guests reported that their room contained a terrible smell. Others complained of a broken ceiling and dampness. Many, however, enjoyed the huge windows that helped to freshen up the room.
Unreliable Wi-Fi annoys some.
Although Wi-Fi is free, guests were a bit agitated at the unreliable connection. Considering a strong business clientele, guests were expecting that the Wi-Fi would be one thing that Hotel ZERO1 would get right.
Customer service could improve.
Some guests complained of cold attitudes, or not being given the necessary attention from staff. However, some felt the staff are doing their job and were helpful.
