According to previous guests, the Wi-Fi speed was very slow. Guests expected Wi-Fi in the lobby to be of better quality as it is free, unlike charged internet access in the rooms. However, this was not the case and it was a big struggle for guests to stay connected.

There was also a problem with the aircon and general ventilation as the room smelled stuffy and hot, say some. However, upon request, the staff will do a thorough clean up.
