    Hilton Palmer House is a non-smoking facility which is great for those who do not imbibe. It’s lovely to be able to check in to your room with the certainty that you won’t encounter the acrid, stale smell of cigarette smoke.

    Some of the guest rooms are small.

    Some of the standard guest rooms are small which is fine if you’re travelling alone. But if you are checking in with more than one person or like room to move around, you might want to consider upgrading to a larger room.

    There is a fee for Wi-Fi in the standard guest rooms which can be a drag if you don’t want to incur the added expense. Executive rooms do have free Wi-Fi if you want to upgrade and the public spaces feature free Wi-Fi as well.
