The NoMad generally receives rave reviews from previous guests who agree the location is outstanding for making the most of New York City, the service is impeccable, and the services and amenities are top-notch. Several reviewers make it clear they believe that, while this is a luxury boutique hotel and prices are not what most would describe as low, the accommodation provides good value for money.

Previous guests point to the food as one of the highlights of this hotel. The head chef is experienced in running a Michelin star kitchen, and as such the menu and dishes on offer at the NoMad are exceptional.
