The beautiful mountain or city view was admired by guests! They suggested asking for rooms on the upper floors to appreciate the morning and evening views from the big balcony, as it added a relaxing atmosphere to their stay.
Delectable breakfast is served daily starting at six in the morning. Most guests loved the variety which included fresh fruits and natural juices. They said the morning breakfast here was better than most hotels because it was varied a little from day to day which was a good thing. Moreover, service was also excellent.
Each of the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful according to most guests. Everyone from the front desk to the servers and housekeepers was extremely obliging and attentive. They were suggestive in what activities and tours to book and always assisted in getting taxis for the guests.
The beds should definitely be updated as stated by previous guests. Mattress was extremely hard and gave back pain to guests. They said sleeping here felt like sleeping on the floor, as it made their body sore the next day.
Guests had a hard time looking for the property and even taxi drivers said it was too difficult to locate since it is situated in a highly residential area in Medellín. Although the area was very quiet, it was too far from all the attractions.
Previous guests complained about the hidden and extra charges this hotel was charging. Aside from the inclusive tax fee, they also charge extra fee for every person visiting the room for more than 30 minutes. These pesky additional charges were unreasonable according to guests.
