positive:
Hospitable service at its finest
Guests expressed that the moment they arrived, they were already impressed with the very nice staff and manager who made sure they felt at home from the start. The workers here were extremely professional and attentive. Their genuine kindness made significant difference to most guests.
positive:
Restaurant is 10 out of 10
Almost all positive reviews were given because of the excellent food and service at the on-site restaurant. Food was fresh and had a nice variety. The meals were beyond good and the server made guests feel comfortable. Moreover, the dining room was quaint and charming.
Negative Reviews
negative:
No lift, only narrow staircase
Guests had a hard time carrying and balancing heavy luggage because there was no lift. The only option to go up was the small and narrow staircase. Good thing there were rooms on the main floor so those who have mobility issues must make sure to request ground floor rooms.
negative:
Basic room was too small
The basic room was too small as stated by most guests. The bathroom was extremely small as well. There was no enough space to move around and there was no desk for those staying for a business trip. If you want a lot of space, make sure to get some of the larger rooms.
negative:
Wi-Fi is not working
Previous guests were a bit frustrated because of the unreliable Wi-Fi service. They could not get the Wi-Fi working on their phones and laptops. The signal was still slow even at the lobby.
