The resort is nicely located to other amenities, and yet tucked back enough from a lot of noise and distraction. You can have a quiet stay, with several onsite options for leisure and fitness. Going into the village is convenient, but doesn't interfere with unwinding at the end of the day.
Terra Jackson Hole prides itself on being as eco-conscious as possible. In addition to organic linens and mattresses, there are reusable water bottles, recycled materials, and fluorescent lightbulbs. This is a wonderful choice for guests intent on reducing their carbon footprint while being away from home.
Rooms are cozy and artfully decorated, making for great mini oases from daily routines. The staff are just as lovely, well knowledgeable about the area, and intent on helping you experience the area as best as possible. Overall, it's a wonderful and peaceful environment.
Some find the pricing to be too much for what you actually get. The menus are costly and the food not as outstanding as expected. Although the rooms are decent, they're not as luxurious as promoted or what the costs suggest. The furnishings could be updated, and more storage provided.
Lighting is very poor to get to the thermostat. The dimness makes it difficult and inconvenient to check or alter it, so you may want to have a mini flashlight handy.
Spotty Wi-Fi signals and water temperature inconsistency are annoying. You may have to have patience for a steady and comfortable shower or bath. Poor Internet reception may require you going elsewhere to communicate online.
