The Royal Mauian in Kihei offers a spacious remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground-floor condominium that includes air conditioning. The kitchen is larger than the typical Royal Mauian floor plan and includes slab granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and an eating bar. There is a large living room with flat screen TV and a queen-size sofa bed. The master bedroom has a California king-size bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and en-suite master bathroom. The second can be configured with either two twin beds a California king-size bed. Conveniently located on the ground floor, this home is on the south corner of the building farthest away from the street noise. It is very easy to park near the home and come into the end without having to go through the entire building. It is only a few short steps to the pool, grassy lawn, sandy beach and ocean. The view is as shown in the photos and is considered a partial view. You can see the ocean from both the master bedroom and the lanai. There is a bistro table and four pub-height chairs and enjoy breakfast and lunch on the lanai. You can have dinner on the rooftop deck.
