A superb location...
Guests rave about the hotel's location within walking distance of Rue St. Catherine, Rue Crescent, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Bell Centre, both universities, and much, much more. It's also right on top of the underground city and Peel Metro station. Old Montreal is ten minutes away in a cab, or a brisk, 25-minute walk.

A warm welcome to Montreal...
The bilingual (English and French) front desk staff have received many rave reviews for their friendly, informative, and professional customer service, with guests often noting that they are pleased to share their knowledge of the city with new visitors. The breakfast staff are also very personable and attentive, keeping the buffet well stocked.
positive:
Even the sofa beds are comfortable...
Most guests find the rooms to be spotlessly clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Families and guests staying longer than a day or two appreciate the convenience of the full kitchens, particularly the full-sized fridge. Many rate the beds (including the sofa beds!) as exceptionally comfortable as well.

A very long ride...
The building has 24 floors, and a handful of reportedly very small, slow elevators. Guests on the higher floors recommend budgeting an extra ten minutes to arrive at your destination on time.
negative:
Parking is a bit of a bother...
The closest parking garage is a bit of a hike (particularly inconvenient in the very snowy winter months), and not inexpensive, as is generally the case in Montreal.
negative:
Not the most spacious...
Guests have described the rooms as being a little "petite" in square footage. Little guests are most disappointed that there is no pool on site.
