The Red Coach Inn is located on the U.S. Side of Niagara Falls and is a mere 500 yards away from the Upper Rapids. Guests have enjoyed being so close to the falls and said that they also were able to use the nearby pedestrian walk, just a short stroll away, to explore the Canadian side of the falls.
You won't go hungry at this bed and breakfast. In general, most guests have shared rave reviews about quality of the food provided at this bed and breakfast, not only when it came to the breakfast, but also from the on-site restaurant. People especially enjoy all the options available. Complimentary cheese and fruit platters are also provided to guests.
Most visitors to The Red Coach Inn have said that staff members at reception, as well as the waitstaff, were kind and helpful.
Several people mentioned that the parking lot is a little small and could use improvements.
There have been a few complaints about the quality of cleanliness in the building, including comments that housekeeping could be improved and the fact that some aspects of the building were outdated. However, guests also acknowledge that as the building is advanced in years, this just may be part of the package.
Some visitors have said they could hear every little noise in their rooms - creaking doors, floors, etc. It has been acknowledged that this also could be due to the age of the building.
