The hotel is in close proximity to the town and guests who visited the centre were appreciative for the convenience of a short travelling distance. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area that cater to a variety of tastes and interests. Attraction sites are at a walking distance such as Nutcracker Museum which is just a few minutes away.
The bathrooms have very roomy showers and have excellent water pressure. Rooms are quite spacious and the beds are large and comfortable. The televisions have a wide and clear screen plus a wide range of channels to choose from.
Guests were very content by the selections available at the breakfast spread. The items were well prepared and there was adequate seating space to accommodate everyone at a go.
Although parking at the hotel was free, a number of guests were inconvenienced by the lack of sufficient parking spots. Some also complained about the lack of room to manoeuvre in the spaces allocated. Parking your car at times was quite a challenge.
