People said they liked the hotel's ambiance. There were also positive remarks about the beautiful landscaped grounds and wood floors in the rooms. The property is also situated within walking distance to area shops and faces the lake, factors which guests also enjoyed.
Good breakfast and spa.
Most people who commented on the breakfast provided said they liked what was offered. People also liked having the spa on-site and found the services offered to be very enjoyable and perfect for unwinding.
Accommodating staff and reasonable price.
There were also positive remarks about customer service; in general, guests said that staff members were friendly and accommodating. There were also remarks about the cost of a night's stay being reasonably priced.
Better noise control may be needed.
There have been several complaints from guests related to poor sound insulation in the rooms. People said they heard guests in rooms above their own making noise and their neighbours slamming doors. Some rooms were situated above the conference facilities, which also posed problems throughout the day.
Some rooms have small shower space and baths.
There were a few negative remarks related to the small showers in the bathrooms. Some of the bathrooms were also said to be a bit on the tiny side.

There were a few limited remarks about dining service being a little slow at times. It was also mentioned there were issues with air conditioners turning off and on and not always functioning properly.
