    Incredible views

    Guests on the higher floors couldn't stop talking about how fantastic the views were from their apartment. It seems they really liked having a panoramic view over the city and it surely left them in no doubt as to exactly where they were.

    Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff

    Too many guests to mention referred to individual staff members by name, who they believed had gone “above and beyond” in making them feel welcome and extending assistance when needed. But even those who didn't highlight specific staff said that they wee, on the whole, very friendly and helpful.

    It seems most guests really enjoyed staying in this part of downtown LA, with many saying that there were some great amenities nearby. The local Wholefood's was often mentioned by guests as the perfect spot to stock up on groceries.

    No daily cleaning

    Quite a number of guests were shocked to discover that there would be no daily cleaning of their apartment, but only weekly. Many felt strongly that, considering the rather high room-rate, daily cleaning should have been included.

    Several guests were astonished at the rates for onsite parking. It seems that only valet parking is available onsite and guests found the daily rate to be much too high. Some were inclined to find their own parking at other garages nearby, which they said were much cheaper.
