The hotel is close to the freeway route 60 and also convenient for the various eateries and restaurants in the local area. The Fiesta Mall is within walking distance, which also makes the hotel convenient for shopping. The staff members here are impressive, being efficient and friendly, with a great customer service attitude. Phillip at the front desk has been mentioned as being particularly helpful.

The rooms here are found to be clean and spacious, which guests find very favourable. There is a high standard of housekeeping here, signifying a committed staff and management, which is particularly reassuring in a hotel which is pet friendly. The spaciousness of the rooms gives guests a feeling of comfort and freedom and is great for the guests who bring their pets along.

The Wi-Fi signal is strong here and guests generally find it very satisfactory for maintaining connectivity with their homes and businesses.

The hotel doesn't allow smoking in the rooms, but smoking is allowed outside, to the annoyance of some guests, who would definitely prefer a completely smoke-free hotel.

The elevator is extremely slow here. This is not good for people on the higher floors of the hotel. Some guests have been disappointed with the lack of microwaves and minifridges in the rooms. Apparently, these amenities are available in very few rooms.

Over the course of time, the hotel has become somewhat dated and slightly aged looking. A makeover is required in order to restore the brand new look to the property and renew its appeal.
