The hotel's reception staff members are very professional and efficient when treating guests and their requests. They do not hesitate to go out of their way to ensure your stay is as relaxing as they can make it.
With its close proximity to the beach and a variety of outdoor activities, the hotel is an ideal location for holiday makers. Delicious, well prepared food is served at the three onsite restaurants. The breakfast buffet is varied and abundant.
The rooms are well maintained and a high level of cleanliness is adhered to. The showers are quite spacious and the water pressure is good. The furniture is stylish and fits in with the overall theme of the hotel.
A few guests have complained about the lack of adequate staffing at the hotel's pool area. During peak hours when the hotel was at full capacity, the pool side appeared to be rather hectic and orders for poolside food and drinks were delayed. At times the area could get crowded with guests.
