This hotel occupies an excellent location near the Magnificent Mile and all that it has to offer. Michael Jordan's restaurant is nearby, as is Dylan's Candy Bar, Trump Tower, and tons of other restaurants, shops, and bars. Plenty of public transportation options are also convenient.

The rooftop lounge offers amazing views of the city and is a definite highlight according to guests. As there is no bar on the rooftop, you'll want to bring a beverage from the bar downstairs.

Guests report that this hotel is quite dingy. Carpets need to be replaced, hallways are dirty and dingy, and the overall feel is very dark and dirty.

Rooms are very small and cramped. Bathrooms are even smaller. There is no storage in the bathroom and barely enough room to lay down your luggage. The elevators are also very small, as four people is a tight fit.

The air conditioning units are extremely noisy, although some guests report that at least this blocks out all of the other noise in the hotel.
