Hotel Grande Rockies Resort (Canmore, Canada)

Most guests have raved about the beautiful views of the mountains that are present at this hotel. Many of the guest suites have balconies from which you can see the Three Sisters mountains and this was a special experience for those staying in these rooms.

Numerous guests have enjoyed spending time in the hotel's pool. This pool area is perfect for kids because it has a water slide that they can use, as well.

Many guests have loved spending time in their rooms at this hotel. The majority of the rooms are equipped with a full kitchen, a dining room, a sitting area, and separate bedrooms, so there is more than enough space for a family to both sleep and dine in these suites.

There have been complaints about the housekeeping staff at this property not doing their jobs. Guests have said that they would often go days without their rooms being cleaned and that when they were finally cleaned, they wouldn't do a thorough job. Many rooms have been dirty upon arrival, as well.

Guests have mentioned that there are some maintenance issues throughout the hotel that should be addressed. These guests have found loose tiles, broken mirrors, and poorly maintained fixtures in their bathroom, in particular, that they feel should be fixed.

A number of guests have complained that there are multiple buildings on this property and some of them are quite far from the lobby and the swimming pool. Guests who ended up in one of these remote buildings weren't happy about this walk.
