Everyone chips in to ensure you get your airport transfer at all times of the day and night. It’s second nature to them so they take your potentially major problem easily within their stride.

The airport transfer is free, but there is a car parking cost. Wi-Fi is expensive and optional breakfast is yet another expense. Unless you are in an en-suite room, there’s no hairdryer supplied.

Temperamental shower.
Just glance at the control and it seems to switche from boiling hot to freezing cold, with no comfortable alternative in between.

Bungalow from hell.
None of the rooms are spectacular but those in the main building are far superior to those in the bungalow annexe. Run down and unkempt, they are next to a permanently busy road junction. Completely unsatisfactory.
