Hotel DoubleTree by Hilton New Orleans Airport (Kenner, USA)

The hotels' proximity to the airport featured in many reviews with a number of guests remarking that the complimentary hotel shuttle was a quick and efficient way to catch their flight from Louis Armstrong International Airport.  The shuttle drivers also rated highly across reviews for their friendly attitudes.

The hospitality experienced by guests rated highly across a number of reviews, with many guests commenting that the staff were very helpful and professional throughout the duration of their stay.

Some guests commented that they thought the hotel had very comfortable beds and soft fluffy pillows which made for a pleasant stay. A number of guests also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms on arrival.

Unfortunately a number of visitors to the hotel had the chilly experience of taking a cold shower due to the hot water not functioning correctly or due to broken thermostat. Overall these reviews were not at all complimentary regarding their stay at this Doubletree.

A number of previous visitors commented on the less-than inspiring breakfast which was available, with some saying that it was average at best. For others a major source of frustration was the slow and unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel.
