Hotel Cavallo Point Lodge (Sausalito, USA)

The spa here is very much appreciated, with great massages available. There is a wonderful ambience here. The grounds are beautiful. The spa is open to outside visitors as well as hotel guests and is in great demand. The location, within easy reach of the San Francisco city center and the great view of the famous Golden Gate Bridge is one of the top features of the hotel. Guests have been absolutely charmed with the excellent view of the famous landmark.

The staff members here have been described as excellent, attentive and professional. It has been noticed that they are friendly and welcoming, no matter what the nature of their job.

So far, no other recent positive opinion has been expressed by guests about this hotel.

There have been complaints that some guests could overhear noise from other guests in rooms other their own. It seems that some soundproofing may be required in order to ensure that all the rooms are quiet and peaceful enough.

It has been noticed that some refurbishment may be required in the rooms as many of the fixtures and fittings have become worn and in need of replacement. There have been complaints about hard beds too.

It seems that the hotel appears to have some internal administration problems which may not be immediately noticeable to guests, but which affects its performance overall. Communication between different departments seem rather slow and therefore, the hotel is unable to respond to guests' needs as quickly as they would like. Others mentioned having to request cleaning services in the evening, as their rooms hadn't been cleaned during the day.
