One of the main draws of this property is its location. With a skytrain stop nearby there are also multiple shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. It is situated on the outskirts of the city so just away from all the hustle and bustle, but with plenty of transport options to take you into town. There is free parking available outside for patrons arriving by car. Hearty breakfast
They say a good breakfast is the best way to start your day and this is certainly true here. The breakfast serves high quality products and is very tasty.
The staff here are very friendly, but in general the property just has a relaxed vibe about it. There is a shared kitchen which is convenient if you wish to self-cater but it is also an idea location to bump into fellow guests and get to know them. The patio area outside is also pleasant to sit out on when the weather permits.
Some of the guestrooms here have en-suite facilities, but others only have use of a shared bathroom. Ensure you are clear which room type you are booking if this is likely to be an issue for you.
As it is quite a small property, basically a residential property used as a bed and breakfast establishment, noise may travel. For example, if you get a ground floor room you may be able to hear footsteps of the guests moving around upstairs.
There is no air-conditioning and therefore in summer the rooms can get quite hot.
