Guesthouse Beach House (Treasure Island, USA)

The motel is in an ideal location for those on holiday. The larger hotels are much more expensive so reviews are very positive regarding value for money. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have everything needed.

The motel is literally steps to the Pacific ocean and beautiful beaches. You can easily pop down and relax for a few hours and stroll back to your room. There are many people who come back to the motel for this reason.

There are reviews regarding the space provided in the rooms which is not expected when looking at pictures on line. The sofa bed is a queen size giving plenty of room to additional guests and more than enough space in the en-suite bathrooms.

There are reviews regarding the cleanliness of the sheets on the beds. There are some which are stained and appear to be unwashed. There are bugs on the window sills and the floors are also dirty.

Unfortunately there are comments from previous guests who have been disappointed by the motel once they have arrived. The positive reviews remind others that it is only a budget motel and people should expect this when arriving or pay the price elsewhere.

There are disgruntled guests who have found the prices are higher when you arrive if not booked online and paid for. This seems to be an issue on the front desk however there are comments from Management to say the motel has recently been taken over.
