Guests praise the pool area for being a nice place for a swim. The indoor pool and hot tub are heated and perfect for swimming all year long. Winters in Everett can be quite chilly and weather in the summers can be hit and miss as well so an indoor pool makes sure you can go swimming whenever you want.

The hotel has a complimentary shuttle dropping you off anywhere within a eight mile radius of the property. Guests point out this was very convenient for stopping by some of the nearby places in Everett and made it possible to get by without a car.

Everything at the property is kept very clean which made staying there much nicer according to guests who add the rooms, lobby, pool and on-site restaurant were all in immaculate condition.

Visitors lament the fact that hotel does not offer a free breakfast. There is an on-site restaurant that serves breakfast as well as lunch and dinner but it is not included. Guests said the breakfast at the restaurant was okay but nothing special.

On one side of the hotel is a highway while the other side faces towards the city. Visitors say that staying on the side of the hotel where the windows face the road was very noisy and made it hard to sleep while the other side of the hotel remains quiet throughout the night.

Guests point out that the hotel's decor, especially in the rooms, could stand to be refreshed as the property is starting to look its age. While the hotel is clean, you might find the rooms to look somewhat old.
