Positive Reviews
positive:
Miles of smiles and super service.
Staff here are well versed in caring for the needs of leisure and commercial guests; the latter including those attending conference and business events. Everything goes like clockwork with efficient staff offering the same diligence to large scale event organizers as they do to individual visitors.
positive:
Combining work and leisure.
Working parents, attending events here, can bring the family too, knowing that there are leisure facilities here to keep all family members happy and entertained. Pool areas are particularly appealing and food and drink are of excellent quality and well priced.
positive:
There's no 'bone' of contention here.
No need to 'paws' for thought; the hotel is not just very welcoming to pet owning guests, but the rooms are updated to take account of the needs of those very special members of the family.
Negative Reviews
negative:
It's all so expensive!
The restaurant prices are well OTT, as is the room itself. TV rental movies? You've guessed it; they're far too costly.
negative:
Inclusions are excluded.
When paying these imaginative tariffs, you reasonably expect the basics, such as breakfast, room safe, water and parking to be included; but no! Having tasted blood, the hotel stacks up the costs even further. If they weren't so greedy, they'd offer a 'room only' tariff which would be popular with the business community. Bet they don't do it!
negative:
Grubby and noisy.
The pool area has taken a nose dive and is maintained in very poor order. Not very attractive and not well serviced. There's no sound proofing so you still get noisy from neighboring rooms and via feral kids romping up and down the corridors.
