The rooms are cleaned to a very high standard and there aren't any nasty surprises waiting for guests when they arrive. Guests also like the large, comfortable beds and the generously-sized baths which allow maximum relaxation.

If you are looking for a peaceful retreat in the middle of the countryside, then you'll find Pheasant Suites hard to beat. Guests report that they loved the relaxed and quiet location and the beautiful views over fields. They also enjoyed watching the local wildlife such as partridges and pheasants which live in the area. Those with more energy welcomed the opportunity to take a stroll around the nearby reservoir which provided the perfect backdrop.

According to feedback, it seems that the owners of Pheasant Suites do their best to make sure that guests feel at home. They provide plenty of little extras such as tea and coffee making facilities, bottled water and biscuits which guests appreciate. Toiletries are included and guests have a choice of DVDs to watch. Tourist information leaflets and takeaway menus are supplied and these also come in handy.

The only issue guests had with Pheasant Suites was the fact that breakfast isn't now provided. The hotel management explains that this is due to a recent illness and will advertise the accommodation as apartments rather than bed and breakfast for the foreseeable future. Hopefully, breakfast will make a return at some point.
