Negative Reviews

Small rooms.

Guests state that the rooms are a bit on the small side and do not offer that much room to move around or store personal items and luggage. They believe that the rooms would be much more spacious with it being a known historical site and mansion. They felt mislead by the photos on the website.

Hidden fees.

Guests mention that they were presented with hidden extra fees at the end of their visit and upon check out. They did not like the fact that they did not know of these fees from the very beginning.

Poor Wi-Fi internet service.

Guests report that the Wi-Fi internet service at this hotel doesn't work very well. They couldn't get a solid connection and were very disappointed. They believe that the Wi-Fi internet service should be strong and reliable for the cost of the stay at this property
