Good bang for your buck

Several reviews have indicated that guests have been happy with the value for money when staying at this hotel. For a fee well below other hotels in the area, guests are offered good service and comfortable accommodation in a great location.

No on-site restaurant, no problem

Although this hotel does not feature an on-site restaurant, guests have not been fazed as they are nestled in an area convenient to several world-class restaurants including Keg Steakhouse & Bar, Saint James's Gate Olde Irish Pub Restaurant and the Old Spaghetti Factory.

Excellent location for skiing enthusiasts

This hotel is located in a central area convenient to a vast amount of outdoor activities. Just a few kilometres away, guests have enjoyed the slopes of the Mount Norquay Ski Resort as well as paid a visit to the Banff Visitor Information Centre to plan an adventurous excursion.

Negative Reviews

Housekeeping has room for improvement

Several reviews have expressed disappointment in the efforts made by the housekeeping staff at this hotel. Dust covered the surfaces of the rooms and the carpeting could do with a good clean. In some cases, past guests have left a mess that housekeeping failed to clean up before the arrival of new guests.

Limited parking available

There have been a host of reviews indicating that the parking availability at this hotel is limited. Several guests have had to resort to alternative parking areas and, in some cases, incur a fee for such as this hotel does not guarantee this service.

Can be a noisy hotel

This hotel does not offer good sound-proofing and guests have found it rather bothersome to hear the sounds of traffic and pedestrians outside this hotel during all hours of the day.
