Positive Reviews

Family-Friendly Resort

This resort is great for families who just need to get away from it all and relax. The two water slides are enjoyed by adults and children, while babies can play in a splash pool meant just for them. There is another pool for use by all, an outdoor hot tub, and an indoor playground.

Location Offers Peace

This is a great location to ensure peace and quiet. It is located just out of town and away from the noise of Main Street. It is just a few minutes from downtown Banff meaning access to restaurants and shopping.

Well-Equipped Rooms

Rooms have ample space and are well-equipped with beds, couches, coffee tables, a kitchen, and dishes to make onsite cooking easy. Rooms also provide beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.

Negative Reviews

Slow Wi-Fi Issues

While the Wi-Fi is free, the signal is nearly non-existent and cannot be counted on. Visiting this resort is a great way to detach from electronics, but sometimes it's necessary to access, and you should plan on counting on your data plan.

Not Aging Gracefully

This resort is showing signs of age. Rooms are a bit dated and decor could be updated. Carpets need replacing, furniture repaired and replaced, and just a general update is necessary.

Possible Overpriced Accommodations

Guests feel like this is a very expensive resort for what you get. It feels incredibly overpriced for what seems like a bit of an outdated, rundown motel.
