The pool area is surrounded by a lovely landscaped garden full of Cypriot pots, palm trees and flowers. 2 Stories Villa Welcome pack provided upon arrival. Additional Campbed, Baby cot, and High chair can be provided upon request. Swimming pool maintenance throughout your stay (twice a week). Cleaning Service is not provided for less than 14 nights stay. For over 14 nights stay mid clean service will be provided Free of Charge including towel & linen change i.e. cleaning on the 8th -15th day. Bath Towels, Face Towels & Linen will be provided in double quantity per person sharing the villa. Pool Towels / Beach Towels will not be provided and it is forbidden to use the bath towels which are provided at the pool/beach. A/C is included in the price.  However penalty charges will take place in case of abuse or misuse of the air conditioning system.  i.e. All doors & windows should be closed when the air condition is running even whilst sitting by the pool.  All Air Conditioning units should be switched off whilst away from the property.  Spot checks will be made to ensure that the above strict procedures are being followed.   Self Catering Fully equipped kitchen: Fringe/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan, all cooking utensils. Dining table and 8 chairs. Bedrooms: 4 (1 Double & 6 Single beds). All bedrooms have built in wardrobes. Bathrooms: 1 Family bathroom, 1 Ensuite bathroom, 1 WC and shower (downstairs). Living room is cosey with Television, Satellite TV, DVD player, Fire place. Sun beds & Umbrella at pool FREE of charge. Private pool (8m x 4m / skimmer). Private parking.
